About the role

This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to become an Apprentice Tutor at STAFF SELECT LTD in Wolverhampton. You will gain practical experience in a classroom environment, learning to engage learners and support their educational journey. The role involves understanding curriculum delivery, utilizing learning resources, designing lesson plans, and developing skills in record keeping, behaviour management, and pastoral support. You will be working towards a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification with in-house training provided, meaning no day release is required. Upon successful completion, there is potential for long-term employment and a fulfilling career in education. Applicants are expected to have a genuine desire to support learners and will undertake assessments as part of the interview process.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths and English: GCSE - grade 4 or above (Essential). Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Administrative skills, Number skills, Analytical skills, Logical, Team working, Initiative, Non judgemental, Patience.
