About the role

Knutsford MOT Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Autocare Technician Apprentice to join their team. This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive training program alongside experienced technicians, covering vehicle servicing, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair. You will gain hands-on experience with various vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, engines, and electrical systems, utilizing specialist tools and adhering to health and safety protocols. The role also emphasizes excellent customer service skills. Applicants must possess good communication, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic. A driving license is essential due to the workplace location. Upon successful completion, there is an opportunity to become a fully qualified vehicle technician. Training will be provided by Cheshire College - South & West, with functional skills in English and Maths required if GCSEs are not at the required level.
