About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Chef within the renowned Mitchells and Butlers group. You will be trained to prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The role involves teamwork, excellent communication, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, with work-based training and a dedicated learner coach.
