About the role
NEXT STEP CHILDCARE LTD is seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated individual to join their nursery team as a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice. The apprentice will support the team in providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to learn, develop, and thrive. Key responsibilities include supporting children's learning through play, assisting with daily routines, encouraging independence, and building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. The role requires GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent, along with strong communication, IT, and organizational skills. The apprenticeship is for 1 year and 6 months, with the training provided by UNIVERSITY CENTRE SOMERSET COLLEGE GROUP. Potential for full-time employment upon successful completion.
