About the role
Nurtured@Balby is seeking a motivated Apprentice to join their team as a Nursery Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to study towards an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification while gaining hands-on experience in a multi-award winning nursery group. You will be instrumental in supporting the care, learning, and development of children aged 0-5, assisting in activity planning, building positive relationships, and maintaining a safe environment. This apprenticeship provides comprehensive on-the-job training and development, with the potential for career progression into senior management roles. The training is delivered by Shaping Lives, focusing on high-quality early childhood education. Upon completion of this 18-month program, you will achieve your Early Years Educator L3 Apprenticeship.
