About the role

As an Apprentice Nandoca (aka Team Member) at Nando's, you will be working towards a Food and Beverage Team Member apprenticeship over the duration of 15 months, learning and growing in your role. Nando's provides comprehensive training and development, support, coaching, and assistance in building a personalized learning plan. The role focuses on creating a fun and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring they have a positive experience. Responsibilities include front-of-house duties such as greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks to Nando's high standards, managing takeaway orders, and maintaining workstation cleanliness and safety. Back-of-house duties involve preparing and cooking food to high standards, maintaining workstation hygiene, and adhering to all safety and security measures.
