About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an AI Support & Productivity Technician with OPENDA LTD. You will be involved in developing and applying support solutions within the QX system, designing, creating, and implementing new features. Your responsibilities will include investigating and resolving application errors, monitoring error logs, and supporting internally developed applications. You will also provide technical and application support to customers via various communication channels, ensuring issues are progressed and resolved efficiently. Furthermore, you will gain experience in using digital tools for data analysis, understanding database structures, and adhering to information security policies. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and IT skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a full-time position.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English: 4/C and above, GCSE Maths: 4/C and above, Good written and verbal communication skills, General IT skills and a good problem-solving approach, Ability to investigate technical or application issues methodically, Willingness to learn Progress 4GL, QX and other digital technologies used by Openda.
