About the role

This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in property maintenance, supporting planned and reactive tasks like basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and repairs. You will assist in diagnosing faults, using tools safely, recording work digitally, and supporting contractors. The role involves routine property inspections, maintaining a clean work area, and providing excellent service to tenants. You'll also attend college to complete your apprenticeship training. The position is based in Oxford and covers a residential portfolio of over 300 properties. Ideal candidates are practical problem-solvers who are enthusiastic about learning new skills and taking pride in their work. The role is physically demanding and requires good customer service skills for interacting with tenants. Commitment to learning and a focus on health and safety are essential.
