Entry requirements

  • Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Presentation skills, Team working, Initiative, Physical fitness, Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, or electrical work. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trades. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Good physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks. A valid driving licence is essential for travel between job sites.
