About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Sales and Service Executive with Aura Infection Control Limited. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer interactions, including answering calls and emails, and resolving queries related to sales, products, and services. A key part of the role involves conducting virtual decontamination reviews, providing expert advice on infection control, and identifying sales leads through proactive customer engagement. You will also be responsible for accurately recording customer interactions on the CRM system and working towards team sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and IT skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. Upon successful completion, there is potential for progression into a full-time role.
