Marketing Apprentice

About the role

Join Willen Hospice as a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice and help promote our vital care services across digital, social, email, and community channels. This apprenticeship offers the chance to develop real marketing skills while supporting a charity making a meaningful impact. You will assist in creating and delivering marketing content across various platforms, including website, social media, and email campaigns. Key responsibilities include producing engaging content, supporting campaign planning and delivery, assisting with website maintenance, and contributing to marketing administration. You will also monitor basic marketing performance metrics and gain insights into supporter behaviour. This role provides an opportunity to grow and develop within the company.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4-9, and any other 3 GCSEs at grade 4-9. Familiarity with Content Creation, Basic Design Skills, Social Media Management, Campaign Support, Digital Platforms, Data Analytics Awareness, and Basic SEO Knowledge is beneficial. Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Team Collaboration, Empathy & Sensitivity, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Creativity, Proactive Approach, Willingness to Learn, and Values Alignment are essential.
