About the role

Undertake a Level 6 Digital Technology Apprenticeship, combining online training with practical experience. You will provide first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV/BC, troubleshooting issues for a diverse customer base. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, logging and prioritizing issues, and adhering to Service Level Agreements. You will also contribute to knowledge base articles and gain exposure to other departments like Project Management, Development, and Consultancy. Eligibility for the Level 6 Digital and Technology Solutions Apprenticeship at BPP University is a requirement. Key responsibilities include managing customer contacts, troubleshooting, creating knowledge base articles, managing incidents and requests within the ITIL framework, and working on customer development requirements. You will also provide basic consultancy, assist the Project Management team with administrative tasks, communicate professionally, and commit to one study day per week. Out-of-hours work and UK-wide travel may be required.
