About the role

Are you passionate about technology and ready to begin your career in IT? We're looking for an enthusiastic ICT Apprentice to join our growing team in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business while working towards a Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship.

Key duties include providing first-line technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues, setting up and configuring devices, supporting Microsoft 365 applications, installing and maintaining operating systems and business software, assisting with network infrastructure, maintaining IT equipment, and supporting cybersecurity best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in IT and emerging technologies, enjoy problem-solving, be organized, motivated, and eager to learn. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
