About the role

This is a Graduate DevOps Engineer in Test role focused on Quality Engineering within Capgemini's Sogeti brand. The role is based in Birmingham, London, or Manchester and is a permanent position for graduates. The program offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge testing tools and upskill in various technologies through client site engagements. Successful candidates will gain experience within a market leader in Next-Generation Software Testing Services, with a clear career path and emphasis on internal promotion and continuous learning. The role encourages the development of AI skills, including prompt engineering, and fosters an inclusive work environment. The apprenticeship intake date is April. Candidates are required to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:2 degree, with knowledge and experience in scripting and development (OOP languages), DevOps principles, cloud solutions (AWS/Azure), automated test tools (Selenium, Tosca, EggPlant), CI/CD concepts, and Generative AI. Flexibility on travel and work locations is expected. A Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check is mandatory. Capgemini is a Disability Confident Employer.
