About the role
This is an opportunity to become a Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant at Harefield School, working under INSPIRE ATA LIMITED. You will provide 1:1 support to a child with additional needs, working closely with the class teacher and SENCo. Duties include supporting pupils in class and small groups, assisting with learning plans, delivering targeted interventions, behaviour management, preparing learning materials, monitoring progress, and providing pastoral support. This role offers hands-on experience in education and the potential for future permanent employment or further apprenticeship development.
