About the role

Druids Heath Pharmacy is offering an exciting Apprenticeship opportunity for an Apprentice Pharmacy Technician at Level 3. This role provides hands-on experience within a community pharmacy setting, working alongside experienced staff to gain skills in all aspects of pharmacy operations. Key responsibilities include supporting the safe ordering, dispensing, and supply of medicines, checking prescriptions, performing pharmaceutical calculations, maintaining accurate records, and providing patient-centred advice. The apprentice will also contribute to daily pharmacy operations, stock control, and adhere to health and safety procedures. This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals with strong communication, IT, and attention to detail skills, looking for a career in healthcare. Upon completion, there may be opportunities for progression to more senior roles or further education.
