About the role
As an Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader with Urban Heritage, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, ensuring high performance during busy shifts. You will support and guide the kitchen team, deputise for the Kitchen Manager, and ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are met. This role requires a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a calm, organised approach. The apprenticeship includes work-based training with face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a Learner Coach, with the opportunity to gain Functional Skills in English and maths.
