About the role
As an Apprentice Team Leader with Greene King Pubs, your motivational skills and passion for customer care make you the perfect person to lead our front of house teams. You'll ensure that each team member knows their stuff and can wow customers with a 5* experience. You will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating the team during a busy shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The role involves deputizing for the management team and resolving any issues that arise in their absence. You will be expected to provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience, and ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean. Key attributes include a great eye for detail, strong role-modeling for customer service, the ability to think on your feet, and a positive can-do attitude. This apprenticeship includes work-based training with a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-workplace mentor. You will obtain Functional Skills in English and maths if required.
