About the role
As an Apprentice Team Leader with Urban Heritage, you will lead front-of-house teams, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and contributing to community events. Urban Heritage focuses on contemporary pubs blending traditional character with modern city living, offering premium drinks and quality food.
You will deputise for the management team, resolve issues, coordinate the team during shifts, and ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean. You'll need a great eye for detail, be a role model for service, think on your feet, and possess a positive, team-player attitude.
