About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Apprentice to join Tio Talent. You’ll gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced, high-growth recruitment environment, learning how to headhunt exceptional candidates, support clients, and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions with pace, accuracy and professionalism. You will be involved in headhunting and candidate search, client support and delivery, business development support, marketing and brand support, and general administration. This role offers the chance to develop skills in proactive candidate sourcing, interview coordination, market research, content creation, and CRM management. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a full-time role as a Recruitment Consultant.
