About the role
Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Apprentice Recreation Assistant to join their team at Shipston Leisure Centre. This 12-month work-based program will provide a Level 2 Leisure Team Member qualification, along with a National Pool Lifeguard qualification, swimming teacher qualification, and fitness qualification. Responsibilities include effective communication, customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safe equipment setups. The role requires the ability to swim competently and involves day, evening, and weekend work, including public holidays. An enhanced DBS check is required.
