About the role
This is an apprenticeship opportunity for a Community Activator Coach with COACH CORE FOUNDATION in Chelmsford. The role involves assisting and coaching at community cricket projects, developing positive relationships with participants, planning and promoting sessions, working with stakeholders, and completing monitoring and evaluation tasks. The apprentice will also undertake professional development and work towards a Community Activator Coach L2 qualification over 15 months. A passion for sport and willingness to learn are essential, with no prior cricket knowledge required. Access to a car is necessary due to the need for travel across Essex.
