You will undertake a Level 2 Housing Management Apprenticeship, focusing on customer service, using electronic recording systems, creating documents with Microsoft Office, collaborating with team members on maintenance schedules, conducting meter readings and safety audits, managing maintenance records, completing grant and benefit applications, liaising with Plymouth City Council, analysing utility bills, and understanding housing compliance and laws. A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintenance is essential. Participation in training, supervisions, and appraisals as requested is also required.
