About the role
This apprenticeship offers a hands-on role in a busy motor spares branch. You will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations and trade counter customer service. Key duties include picking and packing parts, receiving goods, preparing customer orders, serving customers at the trade counter, handling phone enquiries, managing stock control, and assisting with basic administration for deliveries. You will also gain valuable product knowledge and liaise with suppliers. The role requires good communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, and teamwork skills.
