About the role

We have a great opportunity to work in our Client Support team. As a member of the team, you will be point of contact with new clients. Your responsibility will be to deliver quality customer service, increasing effectiveness and ease of doing business with us. This is a fantastic opportunity to commence a career in financial services. Duties include providing comprehensive administration support, liaising with relevant parties to chase outstanding documentation, completing administrative tasks such as scanning and filing, updating client records, contacting clients to retrieve information and answer queries, and providing excellent customer service. You will also deal with confidential information and support the organisation internally and externally by communicating about MPE’s sustainability values, culture and commitments. Training will be at North Lindsey College/Doncaster College, undertaking the Customer Service Practitioner standard and Functional Skills for English and/or Maths if needed.

Entry requirements
