About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to begin or continue your career in childcare as an Apprentice Level 3 Early Years Educator at Bright Little Stars Ltd. Working within a supportive nursery environment, you will develop your knowledge and skills towards a Level 3 qualification while actively supporting children aged 0-5 in their learning and development. Duties include supporting learning aligned with the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations and assessments, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children. You will work closely with colleagues and families to foster a nurturing and stimulating environment. This role requires a genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to completing the apprenticeship. Successful completion may lead to permanent positions and further career progression within the Early Years sector.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Pass). Desired: GCSE in Early Years Practitioner (Pass).
