About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a TikTok Content Creator and Video Editor for MiQuest. You will be responsible for the entire short-form video pipeline, from filming and producing organic TikToks and Instagram content to editing raw footage into high-performing Meta ads and brand assets. Key duties include creating and posting engaging short-form videos, developing ad variants, responding to healthcare trends with a unique MiQuest perspective, and establishing recurring content formats. You'll also collaborate on campaigns, monitor performance, and represent the brand on camera. The ideal candidate is a daily user of TikTok and Instagram, understands current trends and algorithms, and has proven experience in filming and editing short-form content using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. Experience in health, beauty, or wellness content is preferred, as is a strong instinct for accurate information within the wellness space. The role requires adherence to compliance guidelines and a self-directed, fast-moving approach. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in digital content creation within the healthcare sector.

Entry requirements

  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C (or equivalent). Desired skills include communication, IT proficiency, attention to detail, teamwork, and creativity.
