About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice to kickstart their career in recruitment. The role involves visiting new clients to understand their needs, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Key duties include identifying and selecting suitable temporary workers, maintaining company values, and working towards achievable sales targets with guidance. The apprenticeship offers comprehensive training, including a Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard and a Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment. Trainees will attend training at the company's People Services Centre and may undertake functional skills training in Maths and English if required. The apprenticeship aims to provide a challenging and rewarding career in workforce solutions, offering full 360 recruitment experience, uncapped earning potential, structured career growth, and industry-leading training with professional recruitment qualifications.
