About the role
An exciting opportunity for an apprentice to embark on their first role in recruitment. This position involves visiting new clients to understand their needs, addressing customer queries, and providing a high standard of service. Duties include client visits, identifying and assessing temporary workers to match client requirements, delivering excellent service aligned with company values, and working towards achievable sales targets with support. The apprenticeship offers a challenging and rewarding career in workforce solutions, providing full 360 recruitment experience, uncapped earning potential with a competitive commission structure, structured career growth with clear progression, and industry-leading training towards professional recruitment qualifications. You will gain hands-on experience in client and candidate management, working within a supportive team environment in one of the UK's largest recruitment businesses. Training includes the Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard, a Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment, and potential functional skills in maths and English. You will attend training at the People Services Centre in the West Midlands.
