About the role
This apprenticeship offers an opportunity to gain experience in customer service within the automotive repair industry. The role involves managing customer bookings, maintaining records, handling payments, and various administrative tasks. You will be working towards a Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification and will also undertake Level 1 EV Awareness training. The training is delivered in-house by a skills coach every 28 days, with no college attendance required.
