About the role
Join the Brand Licensing team as a Brand Assurance Specialist Apprentice, supporting licensed product and marketing projects. You'll manage communications, track project progress, organise documentation, support approvals, and build skills in stakeholder management, project coordination, record keeping, and business communication. Key responsibilities include ensuring licensed products and marketing materials meet brand and IP guidelines, responding to external partner queries, coordinating project reviews and feedback, tracking project progress against milestones, assisting with project kick-off meetings, organizing and sharing approved brand assets, working closely with IP owners and internal stakeholders, monitoring gameplay and marketing assets, and maintaining clear communication. You will also identify and flag potential risks relating to legal compliance, brand reputation, or licensing requirements, support processes to protect licensed brands, and escalate issues when required.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4-9 (A*-C). Desired GCSE French.
