E-commerce & Marketing Apprentice

About the role

As our E-commerce & Marketing Apprentice, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across social media while getting a complete, behind-the-scenes look at how a modern fashion brand operates. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your ideas actually matter. Your primary focus will be supporting our social media and content marketing efforts, including creating content (filming, editing, designing video and photo content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Pinterest), scheduling and posting, managing our content calendar, creator management (reaching out to creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors, pitching collaborations, and building strong relationships), and trend spotting (keeping your finger on the pulse of social trends, viral audio, and new platforms, bringing fresh ideas to team brainstorms). You don't need years of formal marketing experience, that’s what the apprenticeship is for! But to thrive in this role, you should be confident with video, naturally creative, eager to learn, and a team player.
