About the role
We are looking for a vibrant, self-motivated administrator to join our fast-paced recruitment team. This role involves supporting recruitment administration and engaging with clients. You will assist with new registrations, compliance, resourcing temporary staff for the public and private healthcare sector, and eventually progress to account management. Key duties include data entry, CRM usage, client service calls, and meeting KPI targets. Essential attributes include strong communication, IT skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. The apprenticeship is supported by The Apprenticeship College Ltd, delivering a Sales Executive Level 4 standard through virtual sessions and ongoing skills coach support. Upon completion, there is an opportunity for a permanent role within Prime Healthcare Solutions, a well-established nursing agency.
