This program offers comprehensive support, development, and training to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge for a successful career in dental nursing. You will assist dentists in providing safe and effective patient treatments, maintain high standards of patient care, manage surgery setups and cleaning, sterilize instruments, update patient records, and maintain equipment. The apprenticeship combines practical, hands-on learning within the dental practice with theoretical knowledge delivered by Aspiration Training, utilizing online resources and regular one-to-one sessions. Off-the-job training is integrated throughout your paid working hours. Upon successful completion, you will be qualified to register with the General Dental Council (GDC) and open doors to further specializations such as dental hygienist, dental therapist, or dental cosmetics, with opportunities for career progression into leadership roles like head nurse, team leader, or practice manager.
