Apprentice Warehouse Operative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Supply Chain Practitioner Apprentice to join our busy manufacturing environment. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations, working alongside experienced colleagues. You will learn to receive and check deliveries, store stock, pick and pack orders, manage inventory, and use warehouse systems. As your knowledge grows, you will understand production workflows and scheduling, recognizing the warehouse's vital role in manufacturing and customer service. This role will also develop your organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, emphasizing a safe and efficient working environment. You will gain knowledge in data capture, equity, diversity, inclusion, environmental health and safety, and planning/operations.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Desired skills include communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, numeracy, teamwork, initiative, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong work ethic, reliability, and an interest in manufacturing & printing, enjoying practical hands-on work.
