About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Team Leader in a busy electrical wholesale distribution warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring daily objectives are met with a strong focus on picking/packing accuracy and excellent customer service, all while working towards a Level 3 qualification. Key duties include working to deadlines, supervising staff, managing daily warehouse activities such as order picking, despatch, and goods inwards, liaising with transport providers, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety. Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above), strong communication, IT skills, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, teamwork, physical fitness, health & safety awareness, and warehouse operations knowledge.
