AI & Automation Apprentice

About the role

The AI & Automation Apprentice will support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of intelligent automation solutions, robotic process automations, and AI-enabled workflows. Duties include assisting in analyzing business processes, supporting the design and deployment of RPA bots, developing AI-enabled solutions, translating business requirements into documentation, and maintaining existing automations. The role involves monitoring bot performance, carrying out testing and quality checks, gathering user feedback for continuous improvement, and supporting governance, security, and compliance requirements. Apprentices will also participate in project meetings and stay updated on emerging technologies. The apprenticeship is a Level 4 qualification, offered by QA LIMITED, with a duration of 1 Year 6 Months. Entry requirements include a Level 3 qualification or equivalent work experience, along with 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grade 4 or above. This apprenticeship offers a strong career progression with 90% of QA apprentices securing permanent employment.

• Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/A Levels/BTEC etc.) OR equivalent work experience (typically 2 years in a relevant role) AND 5 x GCSE’s including English & maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
