About the role

An exciting opportunity to start or continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a welcoming early years setting at Benjamin Rabbit Nursery. Gain hands-on experience supporting children aged 0-5 whilst working towards a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification and developing valuable skills for a rewarding career.

Key duties include supporting children's learning and development through play and structured activities, assisting in creating a safe and stimulating environment, supporting children's care routines and wellbeing, building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, observing children's progress, and promoting equality and positive behaviour. You will also follow safeguarding, child protection, health and safety procedures, and report any concerns regarding a child's welfare.

This apprenticeship requires good communication, IT, attention to detail, customer care, and problem-solving skills, alongside initiative, patience, and teamwork. Successful apprentices may progress to a Level 3 qualification.
