About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Apprentice Team Leader with Chef and Brewer. You will be responsible for motivating front of house teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and deputizing for management. The role involves organizing teams during shifts, maintaining bar safety and cleanliness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. You'll receive training in Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Level 3, including functional skills in maths and English. This is a work-based training program with no college attendance required.
