About the role

You'll gain hands-on experience promoting products and services across digital and traditional channels, including content creation, social media management, website updates, email marketing, and campaign reporting. Duties involve crafting engaging social media content, assisting with digital campaign planning, writing website copy and blogs, managing the company website via a CMS, designing basic marketing materials, supporting email campaigns, and monitoring performance using analytics tools. You will also conduct market research, assist with SEO, help organize events, and ensure brand consistency. The role also involves updating customer records in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance, supporting lead management, and optimizing LinkedIn pages. Researching target audiences, creating LinkedIn content, and analyzing competitors are key aspects. You'll contribute to SEO efforts by optimizing website content and monitoring performance with SEO tools. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop valuable digital marketing skills while working towards a nationally recognized qualification.

Entry requirements
