About the role
BLOOMING TULIPS MONTESSORI LTD is seeking enthusiastic and ambitious individuals for a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship. This opportunity offers a fantastic chance to gain a playworker qualification while accumulating valuable experience. The apprentice will be responsible for providing care, play, and learning activities for children of various ages and developmental stages, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and appropriate environment. Key duties include supporting children's development, communicating with parents about children's progress, observing and assessing children, maintaining records, attending courses, collaborating with colleagues, and adhering to setting policies. This apprenticeship is equivalent to an NVQ Level 3, with potential progression to Level 5 and Early Years Teacher Status.
