About the role
Join BRIGHT KIDS HACKNEY LTD as a Childcare Apprentice and gain valuable experience working with children aged 0-5. You will be working towards an Advanced Diploma Early Years qualification over 14 months. This role requires dedication, commitment, and punctuality. Duties include creating a safe and engaging environment, teaching within EYFS requirements, supporting children with self-care, and communicating effectively with colleagues and parents. You will also be trained in paediatric first aid and have the opportunity for online learning.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths & English (C/4 or above) or Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths & English. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
