About the role

Basketdrop Ltd is seeking an ambitious Client Relationship Manager Apprentice to manage critical enterprise accounts, build trust, and maintain long-term client relationships. This high-level role offers hands-on commercial experience and free in-house training. Duties include acting as the primary point of contact for key corporate accounts, monitoring daily fulfillment lines, coordinating with logistics teams, reviewing service metrics, assisting with software onboarding, preparing service update briefs, and identifying client service optimization opportunities. The apprenticeship is a 3-year program leading to a BSc (Hons) in Business-to-Business Sales awarded by Middlesex University. Upon completion, there is an opportunity for a permanent, high-level role within the company with clear progression pathways.
