About the role

An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early years setting at CasaNatura BC. Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive.

Duties include supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations and contributing to assessments, supporting personal, social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice, working closely with colleagues and families, ensuring the health, safety and well-being of children, and following safeguarding, child protection, and confidentiality procedures.

Essential requirements include GCSE passes in English and Maths. The role also requires strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, administrative, analytical, and team working skills, along with initiative, creativity, and patience. Successful apprentices may secure a permanent Early Years Educator position with opportunities for career progression into senior roles.
