About the role
Seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice Bar & Waiting Team Member to join our team at COUNTRY VILLAGE INNS LTD. You will play a key role in delivering warm, memorable hospitality, supporting both bar and restaurant service, and helping create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere for every guest. Accommodation may be available for the right candidate.
Key duties include welcoming and seating guests, preparing and serving drinks, providing table service, following food safety procedures, maintaining a clean environment, taking orders, answering questions, and collaborating with the kitchen and wider team. You will also adhere to health & safety and responsible alcohol service regulations. This is a Level 2 apprenticeship with a duration of 1 Year 3 Months. Progression opportunities are available to Senior Team Member, Supervisor, Department Manager, and eventually General Manager. The training will be with THE OPPORTUNITY PROVIDER LTD and includes on-the-job learning, online study, and functional skills in English and maths if required.
