About the role

ALVINGTON HOUSE DENTAL PRACTICE is seeking an Apprentice Dental Nurse to join their 9-surgery dental practice. This role involves providing chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists, maintaining a clean and sterile clinical environment, ensuring patient care and welfare, and accurately completing patient records. The apprentice will gain experience in all aspects of dental practice, including infection control, health and safety, and handling of materials. They will also have opportunities to assist with reception duties and decontamination. The apprenticeship includes day release to West Suffolk College for the Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship Standard qualification. Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organization skills, customer care skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
