About the role
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to become a qualified BMW/MINI Motor Vehicle Technician at Marshall Salisbury. You will receive comprehensive training at the BMW Group Academy UK in Berkshire, focusing on the latest technology and diagnostic equipment. The 3-year program includes classroom and workshop sessions, covering maintenance, service, and repair of BMW/MINI vehicles to the highest standards. A mentor will guide your work-based learning, with regular visits from a BMW representative to set performance targets and address development needs. Upon successful completion, you will continue your development on the BMW Technical Programme.
