Degree apprenticeship coaching is one-to-one support for students applying to the most competitive degree apprenticeships. A Sprout coach works with the student across the whole application season: choosing target employers, writing applications, preparing for online tests, rehearsing interviews and getting ready for assessment centres.
A plan for the application season
Coaching connects your target employers, deadlines and preparation into one plan. Your coach helps you prioritise, reviews every application and adapts your preparation as you move through each stage, so nothing is left to the last minute.
Tutoring for every stage of selection
Work covers written applications and motivation questions, CVs, online assessments, video and in-person interviews, and assessment centres. The emphasis is on specific feedback and repeated practice, shaped around the employers you are applying to rather than a standard checklist.
