This structured higher apprentice training programme is designed for individuals keen to work within our dynamic Virtual Finance team, handling outsourced finance functions such as payroll, VAT returns, bookkeeping, and management reporting. You will gain hands-on experience preparing, recording, and processing financial data, completing monthly management accounts, and preparing VAT returns. Our comprehensive support includes trainee away days, a dedicated training manager, a buddy system, and study leave, ensuring your continuous learning and development. The programme covers AAT Level 3 & 4 qualifications over two years, with opportunities for progression towards the ACA qualification and a stable, lucrative career path. Entry requirements
