About the role

This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to become an Apprentice Groundworker with C3 CONSTRUCTION LTD. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of groundworks, including site preparation, excavation, concrete and surfacing work, and drainage installation. You will learn to use hand tools and small plant under supervision, handle materials, and follow site plans. A strong emphasis will be placed on adhering to health and safety requirements and maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Upon successful completion, you can progress to roles such as Groundworker, Plant Operator, or Site Foreman with further training.
